My car is always dry after washing, but I try not to spray constantly in critical places.
I hate machine washing btw, especially with brushes
I would not bother about 1 - 5 drops, if more I would consult the dealer.
My old Z3 was a bit more leaky than that, but it did not get worse over the years and was not really a problem.
