As far as the split headlights- they almost nailed this over the i7 and def the x7.
I think the "hate" in many minds is it's not ungodly fast like a Plaid or Urus. Had this suv posted 0-60 times that made it seem dangerous- it would be a huge win for BMW fanboys.
I drove a performance Tesla the other day and felt it was blindingly fast. Almost a little dangerous. Made me like it a little more where the exterior design doesn't wow me. But the Minimalistic Interior kind of does. Even if it's a car designed for me NOT to drive it  |
Had one. Don't miss it. It's not all about speed, but I agree with you that at this price point it needs to be very quick.
