This happened to my X7 after the 11/2022.60 software update installed. I spent an hour going through all the menus re-configuring all the settings that the update corrupted, and I haven't bothered trying to figure out what happened to the instrument panel navigation. Maybe the 03/2023 update restores it, but this update also neuters Bimmercode, so I'm done with updates.
