I was wondering if it was just your new pads bedding in? They might feel a bit "greasy" as first as the initial coating ablates but it should be in. Given it's a different system maybe just give yourself time to get used to it?

I see you bled the system twice, but you may still have air in your lines if you're positive it's not the above.

Popular option is to install braided steel lines to improve the translation of foot to brake power, this might help you with what you're after.

2,500km to bed in some brakes is ridiculous. Go easy on them for the first few hundred km's then you should be good to go (or stop, as the case may be).
