I just installed it on mine too. Mine are still breaking in, but I think it is normal to have that softer feel. The 328i stock has very jerky brakes that feel like an on/off button. After the install, the brakes have a more linear travel, and in fact that is exactly how my M3's brakes are as well. You can try sending the car in over and over, but that's normal. The advantage is the more linear and progressive feel. If you don't like it, you may have to go back to stock :/
