Night vision was a total waste of money. I liked it in my Q7 because it appeared in the speedo screen. On my X7 it replaces whatever you have on the nav screen. So when it's on you need to look away from the road to see it. You lose all the nav screen information. Plus it looks like an afterthought because the view doesn't even fill the screen.
