Try calling Auto Engineering in Lexington @ 781-676-7700. Shaun normally handles my calls and is easy to work with. Their BMW tech's name is, Nelson. He is a great guy with 14 years experience at a local dealership and has recently moved over to A.E.. They are running a special on alignment for $150.00 (were last week) and just corrected the camber and toe on my 550iX. Highly recommend them.
