AFE Customer Service SUCKS- DAMAGED PART

Well i decided to buy an AFE exhaust with black tips for my fiance's 135 for Christmas. So i contacted AFE and a gentlemen by the name of Steve answered the phone and seemed to be helpful and got my exhaust out to me in a timely manner. Now this is where things changed.

So now it is Christmas morning and she opens the box for me to pull out the exhaust and to my surprise it was packaged very poorly and had some kind of cloth wrapped around the exhaust tips. O.K. no big deal well once the cloth was removed from the tips we discovered that the exhaust tip was damaged during shipping.







So I contacted AFE(Steve) on Monday morning to let him know what had happened and that i would like to return this one and have them send Me another one. So after 1 week of hearing excuses from him and not even getting an answer on whether or not they had another one in stock I gave up on them and will never buy another one of their products.
