Though it's a work around for the arm rest and steering you have to link them together from the heating options and then link the seats heating to them from the conditional and you get all 3 rows setting temp to auto activate on start up.
I just did it this afternoon while playing around with settings trying to find that digital key �� feature on my iPhone which I'm guessing is an android feature now.
