brakes customer pay is like...600 an axle as a rough guess installed. as for your rear brake rotors not being replaced..BMW has got kind of strict as far as replacement goes..they want all brake pads and rotors under warranty to be sent back to them, if they arent under spec, bmw kicks the warranty claim and therefore the tech doesnt get paid. kinda blows i know...
