For what it's worth, I live in NH and just ordered mine last week from Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH. I got the car at invoice which was basically a 7% discount across the board.
Just food for thought...Tully is just over the boarder into NH from MA so if your willing to drive a bit, might be worth it....and the no sales tax.
