I experience the same 'jerking' when I let off the accelerator lightly after having hauled ass. At first it scared me but I think it may just be the due to an interruption in the power/torque being delivered to the tranny.
So far, I love the BMS stage 2 tune. My butt dyno can definitely tell a difference between this and stage 1.
