Which I realize might be impossible. I'm seriously regretting my decision to come back and purchase a BMW again after dealing with BMW of Bellevue's service dept again. I thought it was bad two years ago, but it appears that they've gone downhill instead of improved.

I hate sounding like snotty little rich guy who doesn't get his way, but come on, getting a job done correctly is getting a job done correctly. Doesn't matter if it's digging a ditch or building a skyscraper. How much is it to ask that when I drop my car off at 8am that they begin working on it just a *little* bit before the time I'm supposed to go pick it up.
