Doesn't really matter, what should matter is going to the same dyno you had your baseline on so you can get a true apples to apples before and after comparo and a 'true' delta (gain due to mods). If hunting for larger numbers (relatively speaking) is more psychologically soothing, go for Dynojet, as opposed to Mustang (often called Heartbreaker dyno)

I have been consistently using Dynojet for several reasons: most shops where my car tends to be throughout the year (different states) run that, but perhaps more importantly, you can download their software (WinPep) for free and play around with your results graphically on your own, superimpose results, examine specific parameters (e.g. AFR over rev range), etc. Don't think you can do that with the other brands
