My build would have been similar to your price as well but I can't get it sweet enough to bite as it is compared to the 19 on the lot.

Is your market not favorable? I hired a broker and got 10 percent off with base money factor, no sweat. $91k ish msrp, $1175 a month with first month due at signing, including tax. 15k per year.
Edit - I didn't qualify for any incentives.
