Gaining muscle is relatively simple, to an extent.

1. Train intelligently, and heavy.

2. Stick to the basic exercises with variations: bench, squat, deadlift.

3. Eat intelligently, which means as healthy as you possibly can, and often.

4. Sleep. A lot.

5. Supplement, if necessary.
