That doesn't look great. However, it is possible that you're loading it in a way that the bushing has not been designed to be loaded in. I'm not a mechanical engineer so I'll defer to the people with better perspective. Sticking a pry bar into a suspension component is not a scientific way to test bushing compliance.

However, if you're seeing oil around the area, it's possible it burst if it's a bushing filled with some type of dampening fluid. Try spraying some flexseal on it temporarily to keep the remaining oil in. The other option is to hit the bushing with a blowtorch until it's white hot. It'll cauterize it like a wound. This technique is particularly effective if there are fuel lines that are nearby.
