Speaking from experience...Have had the following BMWs:

06 BMW 530i
07 BMW 335i Coupe
07 BMW Z4M Roadster

and now, 08 Porsche 911 Carrera S

I vote for the 911. Love the 335i and the Z4M, but just doesn't have the over all feel of the 911.
