Edit: By comparing pictures I would say the exit pipes both sit at the very low end of the bumper. Would just need to measure both of them to see what the spacings are but seems like an exhaust company would be able to make that fit without issue (perhaps a little bit of cutting and welding) if the diffuser and bumper trim are just interchangeable.
