but what others have said is right. you can snag one for ~$47k with super low miles right now, which is still high imo.

once lease returns come up and these cars hit the 20k mileage range they will go to the price point op estimated. the 2016 for sure. that car has nothing to offer compared to a 2017 (new nav), 2018 (lci), and then obviously the m2 comp.

regardless of what people say on the forum people WILL buy the m2 comp and it'll sell like hot cakes. ever see what happens when a comp PACKAGE is introduced to an M model? people just need to be realistic.
it's not realistic to assume m2s are going to flood lots off lease. The lease deals were so terrible I doubt many were leased.

however I do agree prices will free fall for other reasons
