The $3500 and 0.9% are on 2020 models only?

EDIT: Interest is better too on purchase (0.9%) if you keep it to 60 months or less. Looks like purchasing will be the better option right now, assuming you can avoid crashing the car and dinging your cars maintenance records. That's always the gamble with purchasing.
