See picture of a cars in my shop. The closest is crystalline 70 and the straight on car is ceramic. Out side the blueish color goes away in the sun.

Thank you!! Finally a proper answer. I found a shop that's 3M certified for ceramic now I need to find someone willing to do clear crystalline on my windshield but I want 90% not 70.
