No, you can learn. Just get the whole list of 300+ dealers and send an email to every one of them within whatever radius you choose. There are many that would be happy to put you well up on their short list for MSRP.
Start with my CA in Portland:
scottb@rasmussenbmw.com - tell him I sent you. I was #9 27 months ago and moved to #1 in December. Not sure of the current list.
