I don't know ANYONE, ANYWHERE who has bought an i3 at $2,000 below invoice. That said, yes, you can now get a very nice discount off of MSRP from the dealer, plus on top of that you can currently get (at least in October, who knows what will happen in November) from BMW NA a credit of $2,000 for a BEV or $1,000 for a REX.
