.

spacer was loose. Fixed by making sure spacer was in all the way.

Sounds like you need your wheels balanced.
Maybe an alignment.

If it's not consistent and only shakes at say, 60-80MPH...I would try to rebalance the wheels.

No bubbles, at least on the outside. As far as spacers I have a set of 5mm up front to prevent my wheel from hitting the strut. Et40 up front so I needed a set. I just drove the car now and I checked the vibration only comes between 60-70. It comes for a few seconds and goes away. Then comes back again. Sometimes when I slow down it also shakes

yeah if one side of the wheel is heavier than the other, the heavier side wears more than the lighter side. Plus torque loss

also check for a bent rim. have the shop do a runout check when its on the balancer.

bent rims can balance out fine, but vibrate at speed.

Sounds like an alignment problem. Two hours of repair labor at most. My mom had a similar problem on her 2002 Audi A4.

try and remove the spacers first if possible and see what happens. Had the shaking too when I had 5mms up front.

Like everyone says it's probably a wheel balance issue. Regarding torquing them up a bit - make sure you don't over torque or you could be dealing with a much worse issue. Always us a torque wrench and don't go higher than 88 ft/lbs.

...or it could be a tire out of round (bad tire) but you probably would have noticed that from the time you put them on!!
