How much did you guys get in DC? Wasn't too bad on the penninsula... but still a pain in the butt.

We had about 6 inches of snow on Saturday nite. Too early to call the army.

i have enough snow on day 2 that my shark fin is just a bump on the roof line

in reality, i'd say 2.5-3in.

and i don't get the shoveling a patch for the dog either. even my elder spoilt dog would go on top of the snow.

Did you follow my link for the photo thread?

We are currently dogless, but mine always went on top of the snow too. It was fun making "special" snowballs to throw at the neighbors!

Hey now... we got a couple inches... that was in the garage after my wife drove it home and it was starting to melt.

There was significant shrinkage!!

Yes, that's Conrad. Actually this morning, he decided to run out into the yard, then realized he was in 3 inch snow (he's only a few inches off the floor) and got very unhappy. I guess I didn't shovel enough grass to keep him satisified (something about not wanting to pee in the exact same place three times daily.)

Exactly. Notice how you didn't say "dog-sit"...But he's a great dog, so I live with his peculiararities and quirks.
