New plugs, next step will be to swap coils...but i dont expect that will do anything. It runs fine in map0 WOT, and map1 WOT until it gets up to operating temp.
had my intake cleaned yesterday. Hpfp and lpfp have been changed 40k miles ago.
hopefully its not a bad injector. Would engine temp affect the injector performance?

Actually, i was just informed that the jb wont increase boost until it detects the engine is up to temp, via oil temperatures. Time to swap that coil pack

do you run any e85 ?, origianl plugs and coills ?,
my last e90 went through plugs coils and 2 injectors both were stuck open. If you do get plugs try ones you have to gap. Then gap them based on your boost. !
good luck
