Comfort Access not working after repairs from car being rear ended
Problem was resolved by replacing the Comfort Access module in the trunk! Thanks!

It's very possible that a connector somewhere is not plugged in. The wiring and schematics on modern cars can boggle the mind.

Unless there is a BMW Technician on the forum. I'm guessing your car needs to go into the Dealer. Insurance should pay to repair or replace using OEM parts. I'm coming in on the tail end of your story, so I'm not sure who you used to repair your car. Or... who is paying for it.
