Looks like HK upgrade is still left out of the 2022 x40i, RES and night vision is still gone. Don’t see wireless charging but not sure if that was listed - enhanced Bluetooth is here.

I guess that means they are expecting those shortages to continue for MY2022...

Looks like no HK or BW for 40i. Glad I got a late 2020 model.

Great find!

Good old Baxley. Going through that in detail, and comparing with the same MY2021 ordering guide, there's very little changes, for a model year update.
Mostly seems to center on BMW supply problems. Here's what I'm finding:

40i:
- Standard feature ZEB Enhanced USB & Bluetooth (MY2021) has been replaced with 6NS Enhanced Bluetooth (MY2022)
- Standard feature 6NW Wireless Charging has been removed
- New exterior color option B53 Sparkling Brown Metallic (40i color only)
- New exterior color option C36 (Ind) Dravit Grey Metallic (this was added late MY2021)
- ZPP Premium Package no longer includes 688 Harman Kardon surround sound system
- 417 Rear Manual Side Window Shades has again been renamed 417 Rear electric side window shades (finally getting this right?)
- ZPX Executive Package no longer includes 688 Harman Kardon surround sound system
- 4A2 Glass Controls has been added as a separate stand-alone option

M50i:
- 688 Harman Kardon surround sound system is still standard (no change)
- Standard feature ZEB Enhanced USB & Bluetooth (MY2021) has been replaced with 6NS Enhanced Bluetooth (MY2022)
- Standard feature 6NW Wireless Charging has been removed
- New exterior color option C36 (Ind) Dravit Grey Metallic (this was added late MY2021)

Bottom line: Unless other changes come to light, this is a totally minimal model year change, with only more stuff removed due to supply chains.

Last year, it also says SOP: 08/August, but some dealers had it in July.

I’ve been trying to place an order for like three months ago for a 22 lol

Model year production has started each August, for deliveries starting in September. July deliveries will not be possible.
