I know it can do better with more practice.. 3 runs. I had it in MDM mode with EDC setting in Comfort. Everything else was in Sport Plus...My E90's only mod is a Dinan tune and Dinan dct software tune. The only technique used at the line was Floor it. I wish I could tried a few other techniques but I guess that's for another time..My first run I knew I screwed up getting off the line. I ran a 12.988 @110.60 w/ 2.068 60". side note I ran up against a 2015 SRT Charger Scat Pack(485hp/475)12.605 @ 113.76. He got me at the very end.. My last run I went up against a 2013 M3..mods Gintani tune,E85,pulley,and exhaust... He ran a 12.918@ 111.97 and I ran a 13.028 @ 110.61
Here are my 2 slips and a video of the last run. Last edited by elvism; 11-24-2017 at 06:01 PM.. |

Looks like you had fun. With practice you could probably drop the ET. Drag racing is not as easy as many think, though launch control on some cars is making it easier. The magazines got anywhere from 12.5 to 13.2 seconds and 110 to 114 mph for stock cars so your car with tune is just in that range.

Not bad. Just need some practice.
My first few runs were 12.6 at 112 with my best being 12.4 @ 115 by the end of the day. It was HOT! I need to do more now that it's cooled down. Your 60' is pretty good! |
