No M Sport brakes on a M Sport 435 GC xDrive???

Hi all,

I am in the process of ordering a M Sport 435 GC xDrive. My configurator build includes M Sport brakes - a $650 option. My BMW dealer claims that irrespective of what BMW configurator allows, I cannot have M Sport brakes with M sport car. Does not sound right. Any ideas? Thanks!

No, it's not right. The only stipulation in the Ordering Guide is you have to order with mixed/staggered, performance tires. 10 to 1 says your dealer tried to do it with all season tires.

Can you get mixed summer tires on the X-drive 4 series?

I went through this too

The M Sport breaks are available so long as you order the right wheels. Has nothing to do with the M Sport package. I think the gray 18" wheels are required or the 19" silver ones. If you try the base 18" silver M Sport wheels the M Sport breaks can't be ordered.

That's like saying you can't get an MSport front bumper on an MSport car just silly.

I have the standard silver 18's with M Sport brakes on my 2014 328. Albeit, with the staggered summer tires. To the OP, your dealer is very mistaken.

Well, to be fair, you are not able (per the configurator, didn't ask my dealer as they found the car I wanted already in route) M sport brakes are not available on the 328d Sport Wagon M-Sport. lol
