DEPO headlight level adjust fault

Hi everyone. I have a 2015 F30 where I had a set of Depo headlights fitted to improve the look. I know lots have had these fitted but has anyone had it where the headlight beam height adjustment is in reverse? When I toggle the switch on my dashboard from 0-2, the light level goes UP instead of down!

Is this a fault or has everyone experienced this?

I have the same headlights... What do you mean toggle the switch? I thought these were dumb lights. I had to adjust mine manually and even then they don't go high enough.
