I am contemplating selling off my lease as I am changing jobs to either one I am going to be driving too much or to another state.

Car details:
Melbourne red/black, premium package, technology package, heated seats, rearview camera, harmon kardon sound
MSRP: $47k+

Lease details:
$350/mo including FL tax (7%)
12k miles a year (appx 17k miles remaining)
36 months (23 months remaining)
Security deposit $2,450 (refundable at end of lease)

For transferring the lease. I am willing to lose my initial down payment, but I will require you to pay me the $2,450 security deposit (which you will get back at the end of the lease). To make up for some of the miles, I will cover the lease transfer fee. So this is essentially a $0 down $350/mo deal on a great car.

I am a over the miles as of now, as I drive too much, but they are relatively cheap to buy before the lease ends or if you trade it in you should be able to get away with it.

Otherwise the payoff is around $36k to purchase.

The car is meticulously taken care of, and received a fresh coat of Zainos when I bought it. If interested I will take more detailed pictures.
