Exclamation Option to NOT have third row seat?

I have a new X5, but in a few years I will definitely look at the x7.

Does this car come with an option NOT to have a third row seat? Or will it in the future?

I like large SUVs, but have no use for a third-row seat. I’d rather have the cargo space. At the moment, the only large SUVs with this availability are the Lincoln Nautilus and the X5.

Do you know of any others?

Like you, I also have no need for a 3rd row seat, but will be buying an X7 for the extra space, and in particular, 2nd row leg room for growing kids.

No, there is no option to delete the X7 3rd row.

But there are some of us that would like the option to do so, and use the extra space for cargo (which you can already do just by putting down the 3rd row), or even more importantly, if BMW would allow the 2nd row to slide even further back, to allow a more luxurious 2nd row experience like the 7-series sedan. This very thing may happen in the much rumored and potentially upcoming X8, or Four Door Concept.

That would be great for those who want it. I have seen some coding options for a second row "Executive Lounge" seating confit. I think it's similar to the 7 series. That would be amazing.

no 3rd row!

BMW has a big SUV w/o 3rd row, it's longer than the X7.

It's the Rolls Royce Cullinan.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it

I saw a Rolls Royce Cullinan in New York last week. My soul is now purified.

It looks better in person than in photos.

A 2 row X7 with additional legroom would be cool.
