MSRP - $89K Discount pre-incentives - ??? Incentives qualify for - ??? 3 yr lease - how many miles/yr 10, 12, 15K? MF lease rate - ??? Out of pocket - 3K is what? First mo, taxes, title, tags, dealer doc fee is $300 max for MD Assuming you're rolling taxes into the lease? Looks like you're not putting MSD (multiple security deposit)

36/10 lease. 20817 for taxes. I don’t think I qualify for any incentives (no military, not a current BMW owner, etc.) $3000 total out of pocket at signing which includes first month payment and fees. Taxes rolled in. $1165 includes the taxes. The MF and residual quoted were .00086 and 55%

You may contact a lease broker, and see what kind of deal they can get you. There are a ton of them in the links below, with calculators set up, and some that probably have a similar car to what you are looking for. I think a couple have 10% on an X7 before incentive. Hope this helps! https://forum.leasehackr.com/tag/bmw

The quoted $1,165 feel a bit steep. The mentioned $1,083, however, would be spot on compared to what I'm paying.

This thread is making me feel better about my $1470/month loan payment on my $115k Cayenne... May I ask why you are leasing when the payments are so high?

Financing payments are still a couple hundred higher (even at 0% interest I’d be around $1400/month over 5 years) and I’ve yet to keep a car for more than like 2 years, but if I was someone that could hold onto a car for 5+ years I’d definitely be financing with interest rates where they are.

So first of all to be close to this payment with 7k down I would need to finance for 84 months to be in the ballpark. Second, I dont want to own a high line anything beyond the warranty period especially a german high line. Third, the german high line stuff drops in value like a rock after 3-4 years which is when I would be trading anyway. So the cost of ownership is approx the same for the first 3 years leasing and takes away the added expense of buying an extended warranty which again on german high line cars is super expensive. Plus the depreciation is terrible and now I dont have to worry about it. I 'll probably lease a new bmw sav/suv/m something again in 3 years. Since we love the X7 M50I so much. These things aren't investments. They are expenses. Very luxurious expenses which you are either ok with or you're not. I gain nothing by financing/owning this thing but stand to lose alot.

This is not a good lease deal. 2 years ago I got my X7 40i 36K 36 months for $899 per month with $6K down. MSRP $80,000. All-in, taxes, fees, DMV, etc. in the math.

This is an okay deal for a build x7. MD taxes are killer at 6% on the selling price so that's what making it look worse than it is.
Target should be 9% off builds Here is your calculator for the current deal you have: Lease Calculator current Here is what you should aim for: Lease calculator target |

Ok so they also apparently took a very shallow deal for themselves for whatever the reason. This also isn't the norm. So don't make it sound like this should be happening all the time. lol it doesn't. |
