Running higher octane map using Octane booster

Anyone tried running a higher Oct map ie (95oct map using 93oct fuel+Octane booster)?

If so any significant difference in power?

i dont think its smart to keep running octane boosters, they are known to foul plugs, but they do get rid of timing pulls on cylinders if you are running a bit stronger tune than your fuel can handle. Throw them in sure, but i wouldnt go up a tune because of it.

Thanks, Yeah I know about that, Not too bothered about plugs, I plan on changing them yearly anyway.

I've got some minor corrections on 93oct V Power, will see how it goes.

About running Octane boosters? Yes.

But I'm asking if running a higher Oct map with makes any significant difference in performance, not whether you should or shouldn't run Octane boosters.

I did 91oct + one can of VP Racing Octanium unleaded to run 93oct map and it worked, so i guess if you do 93oct + 1 one can, you can run 95oct map aswell

Did you get custom tuned recently? I might be wrong, but if so why try the higher octane ots map?

I've got a 93oct custom map, not a 95oct one. I'm wondering if it's worth using Octane booster to bump it up to 95oct and if the difference is significant enough to notice. Since I have the stage 1 map pack from previously so I'm thinking of testing using the 95oct stage 1+ map.

I wish I could run E85 from the pumps like the US guys
