Replacing Rear Window Guide Covers (F30) - Help
I posted this in the wrong section yesterday so have requested that one deleted and am reposting it here.
Both of the rear window guide covers on my F30 have experienced corrosion or chipping of the black paint in the past, and before I bought it someone did a truly terrible paint touch-up job on them. I've managed to find the relevant part names/numbers (51357263381 and 51357263382) and have got the replacements ordered, but I cannot for the life of me find a guide anywhere on how to actually remove the old ones. It's part #8 on this diagram Or part #3 on this one ] I've been unable to find videos of anyone replacing this on an F30, but have seen E90 replacements- on those, it looks to be fitted via two screws accessible from the inside of the door by removing some of the trim. But no idea if this is the same on the F30...
