Black rear emblem X7 only

Been planning on rebagging with black on my skyscraper msport. It's going to be a 40i and not really sure that the xDrive40i looks all that good on the back of the car (chrome or black). Been thinking about just doing the X7. If it was an m60i that would be different just because it's a nicer looking emblem.

Anybody else done that?

Or just remove the "xdrive" and leave the 40i...

Had mine debadged on the rear for PPF and then installed this black version. Note: It's smaller than original and uses a different font, but I like it more.

It's not the 40i it's the xDrive emblem. it just looks like an ugly ass blob even in chrome. Worse in black. Might just skip the xdrive part.

Could just plasti-dip it if you want to keep the same style. It's pretty easy.

I don’t know why the emblems are not black if you paid for shadow line trim?? I ordered my oem M50 from Germany. Makes a huge difference.

Yeah I've used hyperdip and liked it. I initially tried taping up all around the emblem but then found it was 100 times easier to just take it off and spray it.

Yeah that's pretty cool looking. I think at a minimum I'd keep the 40i though and I don't know that they make a 40i in that font.

Get the x3 m40i badge. Same font. Just don’t use the ///M

Can you help with the measurement of the X7 black badges? I got a set already and ready to put them on.
