Bluetooth help

New owner of a 2009 bmw 128i-e88. I hate the stereo and bluetooth in it. Any advice on what to get to make it easier to make calls and use music from my phone. Also use Waze app a lot so would like to be able to talk on phone or listen to music while Waze is on if possible. Thanks!
