this topic comes up often so I'm posting a successful process for my N54. FBO E60 (535i) N54. I have JB4 and MHD. My everyday driver is an e85 Back End Flash (BEF) tune from BMS loaded via MHD.

This was my set up for inspection:

*JB4 menu controls set to 0/0 (bypass) and 4/2 (tells JB4 the car is using a flash tune)

*MHD set to 'Stock Downpipes'

*DP Fix installed inline and set to 650 ohms - see thread: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1621138

drive cycle completed easily and all monitors set to ready. I realize JB4 and MHD are redundant. Had JB4 years before MHD. I like them both and experiment often with various set ups/stand alone.
