Ride too harsh !

2020 330i Msport (non active suspension). Will getting rid of the runflats make a big difference? This ride is killing my back..

A small difference, but in the end the lack of the Adaptive M Suspension vs. the jarring M-Sport Suspension isn't something you can overcome just by swapping tires.

It won't help you enough. Your options for improvement are coilovers or swapping cars. I finally got sick of the M-Sport Suspension in my M340i enough that I sold it and got something else. The M240i I got has adaptive suspension and it makes all the difference.

depends on what you're used to - i had runflats and after getting DWS06 ride quality improved a lot, but my wife thinks the car is too harsh, i like it though it's a nice mix of comfort and harshness for me.

def get rid of the runflats first though

When I swapped out my run flats, I definitely noticed a difference. Ride was little a bit softer but it’s still a stiff ride. I drove a 330i non m sport loaner and it was much softer than my m sport.

There will be difference, but don't expect much. Going 18" instead of 19" will make it more comfy too.
Unfortunately, passive M Sport is for perfect roads only, no tires will change that.

Yes. The only thing to do at this point is downsize wheels and tires. But, it will help.

Sadly for this reason the adaptive dampers are a non negotiable option for the G20 as in comfort it rides nicely.

BMW would lose me as a customer for life if they ever stopped offering the Adaptive M Suspension.
