Stock x3 28i, n20 (2015)

I was doing different pulls like 30 mph in 3rd gear at about 2500-3000 RPM (sport mode, m/s mode). The turbo makes a let off noise like "psshhh".

When I did 20mph in 4th gear at about 1200-1500 RPM and accelerated hard and firmly but left off very quick the turbo makes a flutter noise and almost sounds like you can hear the DV spring.

Does the turbo flutter cause it's at such low RPM and I'm accelerating very hard for a second then quickly releasing causing the pressure to blow back into the turbo?

Is this normal? I kinda like the noise almost wanna make it louder with an intake lmao
