Explore Your New Upgrade NOT

I own a 2023 XM with a manufacture date of 03/2023. This means that my vehicle does not qualify for iDrive 8.5 AFAIK.

After the most recent iDrive 8 07/2024.55 update, the My BMW app teases Explore Your New Upgrade. And then presents features that are only available in iDrive 8.5!

This is blatant ABUSE.

Give me iDrive 8.5 and I will forgive you.

I understand your frustration, but don’t think you’re missing much. I can’t find out the QlockTwo feature and not sure what the Quick Select Widgets is either. Mine updated last week and I’ve yet to find anything different other than navigation might be a bit improved if you have a multi-destination trip.
