XM 2024 suspension changes by BMW

I understood that the earlier models of the XM (Label) have a different factory suspension then the recently produced ones.

The earlier models were seen as too stiff a suspension in standard!!

I understood that this change happened when the 5.0E version was introduced early 2024.

Trying to get a more accurate data from which production date has the adjusted suspension change as I'm looking to import a used car and want to select one that has this adjustment applied??

Any knowledge on this out there?

I have a 2023 and I wouldn't argue that it's too blasted stiff in Comfort mode. I however do not have the answer to your question.

Depending upon what was changed it maybe a line of software coding for the electric dampers vs new parts.
