I took in my 2019 BMW X7 xDrive40i M Sport for an oil change at Circle BMW and all of a sudden, immediately afterwards, the seats are hurting my left thigh and left buttock. Seats were very comfortable before I brought it in. It has the executive package with massaging seats. I had to use a seat cusion because of the pain on the drive home to Virginia. Could something have been disconnected, removed, or deflated?
