2026 x7 m60i (custom color), pacific NW

What are we thinking is a reasonable price vs. MSRP and any other tidbits? It is a custom color, but not a popular one for large SUVs...

Fairly low if you stay in the PNW since that region has historically offered the lowest discounts. You may want to check in. with one of our resident brokers as they may be able to get you into the 10% area or more which would more than make up for their fee and shipping. Try Scott with Insight smithf80 (scott@insightautoconsulting.com), Dan with Next Level Auto Brokers (dan@nextlevelautobrokers.com) or Ashleigh with Bimmer Car Deals (ashleigh@bimmercardeals.com).

10% off is possible but custom color time frame could be 3-6 months or even longer

Car has already been ordered and landed stateside (on way to dealership). I also pinged the dealer already to confirm availability, so unfortunately unlikely an opportunity for our broker friends.

Car is m60i fully optioned out - MSRP of $132K with a couple grand of dealer added useless toys. Just trying to figure out actual going rate these days...appreciate any help...

10%, they will likely counter with 4% but maybe you will get lucky.

Great - thank you. Last two questions: does that include the ~$3K loyalty bonuses, or in addition (ie 10% of MSRP before incentives, or 10% total including the $3K)? And should I treat the financing rate as separate (i.e. BMW is advertising 0.90% APR, I should get that rate independent of final price)?

Thanks team!

I think I see the car, and it's been there for a month. They have 6 individual X7 M60is, which is crazy. It's $2,000 for loyalty, and I doubt that a PNW dealership will give you base APR.

Unless you need a car tomorrow, you may do better ordering a 2027, even with the currently higher APR, shipping from somewhere like the midwest, etc. than getting something like a 4% discount and a marked up APR in the PNW.

When discounts are referred to they always mean just the dealer discount. Incentives are on top of that. Dealers are allowed to mark up the base rate 1% and some will drop that markup as part of negation, some will not.

Hey everyone,

I’m shopping for an X7 in the Philly suburbs and would appreciate advice on a realistic target discount off MSRP for a new one.

I’m also considering a certified pre-owned 2025 X7 xDrive40i with about 11k miles listed at $77k. It has the Driving Assistance Professional Package, which is important to me, but the exterior/interior colors aren’t exactly what I want. https://www.bmwofwestchester.com/inv...3em02s9x01109/

For those familiar with the market, does $77k sound like a solid deal for a CPO 2025 X7 with that mileage and spec, or would you keep shopping and aim for a new one with a better discount?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum. I would suggest forgetting about that CPO since the colors aren't what you want. If you end up not getting what you want you will often be thinking about it and that will be more expensive in the long run.

You should be in the 10% area before incentives. If you are having problems getting that or don't want to use your time to shop around then contact one of our resident brokers and I'm sure they will be able to help you out.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ve actually received an offer at 7.82% off MSRP on a new one, so I’m in the ballpark but not quite at the 10% area yet.

On the CPO side, it’s honestly hard to walk away from a $25k difference when the spec is close, even if the colors aren’t ideal. I agree that it’s better to buy what you actually want, but that price gap is real.

I also searched the forum for broker recommendations, but I didn’t get any matches

I bought end of March, Philly area, for a 2026 M60 I asked for 10% plus incentives and they gave it to me almost too quickly. Car was a July 2025 production and highly optioned, so it had been sitting for a while and they wanted to get rid of it. I mentioned up front that I was talking with brokers and the car was close to what I would have ordered otherwise.

If you're potentially looking at a CPO, depending on your budget, I do have a loaner 2025 X7 M60i which is still eligible for new car programs. It's about $97,000.
