Grew up in Westchester, but parents took us out to Amagansett summers. Little house in dunes not far from the Lobster Roll. When I started driving would take my GTI on OMH a little too fast, get a little air over top of the hills. Probably been over ten years since I've been out that way. We would visit friend in Sag Harbor, but lives upstate NY now. Out here it's all about the canyons, some great coastal drives from Malibu to Monterey.

Small world! Terrance helped me during my visit to Hendrick BMW. I live about 90 minutes away from Charlotte and I found a BEAUTIFUL Imperial Blue 428 on their website. I drove to Charlotte one Saturday morning to see the car and sadly, I didn't love it. Not wanting me to waste my trip, Terrance searched through their entire network trying to find a car that I did love. I was pretty adamant about the color(s) I didn't want and all of their inventory fell into that category. I ended up buying a 435i from a dealership less than 4 miles from where I live but I did let the folks at Hendrick know how helpful Terrance was. The Melbourne Red is stunning. I'm sure it will turn many heads

Congrats! Amazing low mileage
And the color isn't half bad, either.

OMH is a blast in the gti, I used to have an o4 r32 that would tear it up.
I have to get out west and drive through those canyons sometime soon. btw, they just repaved OMH so it's smooth as silk!

He really is a good person, he took a lot of time working the deal. I'm super grateful for everything he did. He made sure the parts were there on time too, they should make him the sales manager over there. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays, so I get blown away by excellent customer service.

Nice ride ! And very nice catch to find that bargain ! I almost bought a Melbourne red myself a month ago. But felt it was too old and in bad shape. Getting a 2014 Alpine White this Friday. No MPE, but it does have the MPKG. Good shape and all. Cant wait to get it , even if it's my 3rd (got an E45 2001 and presently an E90 2006).

have fun !

Thank you, congratulations on your new ride too! Love the AW color too, I love almost all the colors. I got lucky with this car, as soon as I saw it online, I knew I had to get it. At first, I was upset that it didn’t have the Technology package, but my iPhone X is just fine as a nav unit. Still can’t get over the low miles. Do the MPE, not too loud, but definitely noticeable.

Yeah, Highway 1 is spectacular from San Simeon through Big Sur. Scenic turnouts every few miles, lots of narrow twists and turns. Little precarious as parts of roadside occasionally collapse into sea.

Careful on OMH at night, almost hit deer a few times near Hither Hills area.

Hwy 1 sounds beautiful. I've been doing the ole OMH run for years, I've seen some nasty deer scenes, gotta be on the lookout...always. Saftey first!
