The car is on shipping blocks and "Slave Wheels" Specially designed and aerodynamically efficient wheels will be added later , the car was doing a segment for an upcoming Web TV feature like the Gina and the X6 Concepts before it.
Internally it is known as Vision Z or Z6. looking at the angle similar to this picture and you can see a very prominent swage line as well as similar shapes to the headlights cut-outs. |

here is my 5 minute attempt at what the rest of this thing looks like...its hard to tell with the garbage bag on it...but judging from where the door cut is, it looks to be a 4-door. i put different (terribly drawn) wheels on it too
crappy drawing:

I like the side profile. I'll decide whether I want one once it's officially unveiled.

@Robo Squirrel. Well done , very close.

Other manufacturers have effectively taken the BMW design element and applied it to their own products it is right that BMW effectively keep the look but progress it that it stands far from the immitators. |

Looks like some hopped up "Sports Activity" derivative. (and that is with accounting for the suspension being lifted for shipping.
The car in the picture is a foam model, not a runner. The panel breakups appear to be black tape as well. |

alot of times the fiberglass and foam models have adjustable suspension, so that the ride height can be fine tuned for asthetic reasons. they might just have it jacked all the way up to get it on the truck safely

Looking at the wheel arch and factoring in an average BMW ride height it looks like it would be too low to be a GT. I am really hoping for something fresh from BMW. Can't WAIT!!!!!!
