for people with slightly older kids that still need car seats (pre-k to elementary), take a look at the Bubblebum (yes, thats what its called).

Unless the car seats are rear facing, then I don't see an issue. Rear facing, the sloping roof will make for very cumbersome entry/exit depending on the car seat model.
