Just outside downtown Denver. I will probably take it with me if I don't sell it in the next month or so, I don't HAVE to sell it in order to buy the property but it would help.

Lots of interest, however I'm in Colorado for work through April 25 which is the earliest point at which I could show/sell the car.

For those wondering, price with stock wheels/tires/brakes/exhaust would be $31k and all other modifications would be included at that price.

I have also just run the CarFax report which shows a clean history and 4 owners: 2 dealers, the owner I bought it from in October 2016, and myself. Happy to pass it on to any serious buyer.

FYI the CarFax "Retail Price" shows $34,800 (obviously stock/without any modifications).
